Place is great with animals, friendly people, and they have a daycare for your little furry friend. Such a wonderful place to be.

As far as the technology and education, the doctors seem spot on. I have been using Needham since 2011. My complaint has been the same for years. The staff does not always chart conversations from phone calls to file. If I do not repeat myself to phone, desk, AND person taking animal, AND doctor then things are ALWAYS missed. It's extremely aggravating. This time my dog got no bath with the excuse that it wasn't known when I was picking up boarded dog. I had written it on initial boarding paperwork, told desk staff when I called, AND reminded staff AGAIN when I dropped off. The staff explained why it was MY fault and never offered me another appointment. I've noticed the staff has changed multiple times lately and perhaps there's a reason......
Great Vet!! Dr. Jenkins takes great care with my cat- my cat actually likes to go into the vet now. The Vet techs are knowledgeable and kind as are the front desk staff. They are always willing to answer questions and everyone does a great job at keeping my nervous cat and her nervous momma calm. They have been great to work with during emergency situations as well as yearly checkups. Dogs seem to love it here too!Update: I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Jenkins and the staff here! Jo, Nikki, Christina and others were so loving and kind to my baby during her last days and very compassionate towards me. Their kindness and support is what has helped me get through one of the hardest thing I've ever experienced. They truly care and treat you as if you are family.
