We brought our 5 year old Black Lab to this place a few months back about a knot on her throat and they told us that it was a normal part of her anatomy. Well now its three times the size and theyre saying its thyroid cancer and that its inoperable. And to add insult to injury they sent us this petty letter saying that theyre basically not helping us anymore because we didnt Recognize nor appreciate the care they provided. And come to find out they altered the vet records to make it look as if we had never even brought her in for this, and we have the originals. From one pet owner to the others reading this review, I love my dog and there are many Veterinarians in this town, please do not go to this one. They care about your money more than your pet. My little girl is going to die because of somebodys negligence.
It has taken me 2 years to write this thank you. Without crying. Beyond my control, i had to euthanize my son's 12 year old pit bull, Blanca. I loved and cared for her through the years, when he could not. The staff was caring and non judgemental. I will forever hold them close to my heart and continue to cherish "Blanca's footprint" that they made for me. Mary Poe
By far the best veterinary practice in Wilmington! Doctors and staff are incredible! Its so easy to get an appointment! Wouldnt recommend anyone else!
We had a very sick pit. I called and they didn't hesitate to schedule me an appointment for that day. Not only that we were running late due to traffic and having to stop for bathroom breaks. I called to say we wouldn't make on time and the young lady that answered the phone moved us to the next appointment slot so our boy could be seen, very impressed. Plus I love the hours of operation.
They have kept me very well informed and when I visit my cat Apollo he is very happy and is coming along great. I can tell everyone here cares very much for the well being of the pets that come in. They even helped so much working with me on the payment plan during a rough time in my life. I am extremely grateful for all the hard work they all have put in to get my best friend Apollo fixed up.
