From the first email to the completion of the deal Henry S. was AWESOME. Henry was willing to answer all my questions, I do mean many, via email to include negotiating the price of the vehicle prior to a visit to inspect and drive the car. This was extremely helpful and saved us a considerable amount of time. We set a time to meet today to take the vehicle for a test drive. When we arrived not only was the car ready for inspection and a test drive but hot coffee was ready to go too! A big plus! The car was as described and the price as agreed upon. What a wonderfully easy transaction! We then meet with Wally who handled the documentation of the sale. What a slick set up for digitally signing and processing the paperwork. No not all was virtual, everyone still likes hard copies! Wally answered all of our questions and was very polite and professional. I highly recommend this dealership! Thanks my son will enjoy the car!
