I bought a car two weeks ago from Bobs Auto. My salesman was Ronnie. Thomas oversaw the purchase and Chuck handled the finances. Everyone handled themselves with such class. This is my 19th Vehicle. Ive ran into a lot of pushy and rude salesmen. Always trying to upsell or get the best deal for them. This wasnt my experience. I traded a 4x4 which actually wasnt working the way it should when I first had them appraise it. I told them. They said they still want to do the deal barring some major defect. (Turned our to be some dumb sensor). Either way. They all made my experience so enjoyable and made me feel at ease because things do happen with any car. Since purchasing my car I had to have a minor part fixed that was agreed upon me buying it. Well waiting. Every single person greeted me well I was waiting and asked if there was anything they could do to help me. After waiting for the part which took longer than expected. They gave me a car to drive home and when I arrived the next morning. Since it took so long to be delivered. They told me Im good to go. Cant say enough how professional the staff was in handling all details of this before and after. Coming from a sales background. I truly am impressed. Thanks again Bobs and I honestly do recommend them to anyone looking for an old school genuine car buying experience.

Best dealer in town! I went to look at a vehicle and found the perfect one for me! Judson and Chuck worked endlessly to get me into the Jeep I fell in love with! No doubt they treat you like family! Every time I walk in i'm greeted with nothing but smiles and a big "Hows your mom and them" After purchasing the Jeep there was a few issues with it (that you wouldn't really find until you drive it for a while) I called Jud and let him know what was going on and he had it in the shop the same day to get it fixed. Hands down a wonderful salesman! And a few awesome mechanics that let you know whats going on every step of the way! Wouldn't trust anyone else!! I even set my friend and he found his dream truck!
Was on vacation and found like truck at Bobs we had planned to purchase when we returned home. Joel, Thomas, and the rest of the staff went over and beyond to help us purchase and finance their truck (which we liked better than the one for sale at home) when we werent prepared for a purchase in the least. I worked at dealers in Ga for years and have never seen or experienced customer service like this. Thank you!!
Had a great experience at Bob's, I was in a crunch to get an oil change and luckily noticed that Bob's had a great deal going for oil changes and tire rotations. I was helped efficiently, all employees were extremely courteous and seemed to actually want to help me. If i didn't love my SUV so much I would trade with them ASAP. Highly recommend.
