Hit a deer carcass as we were leaving on vacation, front tire blew out. Bought my car last year from Parkway so I thought I'd get help from them. All I needed was for them to check my tire and let me know if it could be repaired. Wouldn't help unless I waited 2 hours, sent me next door to the Subaru dealer, same story. No one even tried to find me any help, I live out of town. Supposed customer service that isn't up to expectations, which is what customer service is all about.
I love parkway Volvo! They care about their customers so much! They always give me the best of care. They always make sure we have a loaner so we don't have to stay while the car is being worked on. Parkway Volvo is the only place I will ever buy my vehicles from.
