Y'all I am not supposed to have a new car, or so I thought. I came here just to look, did not plan on buying. But Layton was so nice and worked so hard to get me in a car. I am beyond impressed. These folks will do whatever they can for you and for me they had to do a lot. I ended up in a lease, less than ideal financially, but I was hard to finance, as I said. It's a nice car too. Came into sell my brz at the parkway subaru location and the person I dealt with was super rude and uninterested. They insulted me with a low offer and treated me like a third rate citizen. My car was in great condition with low mileage. I expected to receive a low offer because that's how business works and I know they are trying to make money but their customer service was sh*t. Sold my car for the right price at Hendrick down the road.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They wouldnt even let me come inside and refused all my questions at the front door. If you want a Hyundai you are better off going to Stevenson HYUNDAI in Jacksonville
