Service repairs went great, had our car ready before estimated time frame.
The service here is inconsistent. I have had both good and bad experiences. I have seen efforts to make improvements but then something bad happens to deter me from coming back. I don't feel the value of being a customer from everyone there which spoils it for the employees that try. That said, I can't give a good overall rating anymore until everyone puts in the same effort. I can't bring my vehicle here for service anymore. Thank you to those that try and make a difference.
My 2014 truck with 70k miles on it broke down . I had to have it towed in. Everything started out ok . But after the first week. They gave me a list of things wrong with the motor All under Warranty. I asked how long they said about a week. A week goes by nothing. So I started calling. I couldn't get anyone to answer on the service department nor call me back . I called the main number and told the person who answered what was happening and I would stay on the phone until she could get someone to talk to me. Finally a service guy answered . He told me they We're waiting for the manufacturer to tell them to fix it. This went on for 6 weeks. So I called the rep Capital forward in Raleigh and anyone that I knew that had anything to do with automobile business. After about a day of doing that The service manager called me. Said it be fixed asap. That was 3 weeks ago. Now it's starting the 9th week. Still saying the same thing. I have had to rent a truck for the last 8 weeks. Plus the tow and still making the payment. I have asked them for help with a loner truck. They said they don't do that. My Suggestion (do not buy or take your Vehicle here for service)
Looking for a truck, was a pleasant experience, not ready to buy, but will visit when I am.Went back at the end of August and bought a new truck here. Very pleased with the work they did to find me exactly what I was looking for and to make a good deal. This is the second truck I have purchased from them and would recommend that you look here when shopping.
I was very impressed with the staff at Capital Ford. Bryan Porter took the time to show my wife and I a number of vehicles before we had decided on the 2018 Fusion. The best part about the entire experience was that Bryan didn't just find a car similar to what we were asking for or close to, but found EXACTLY what we were asking for (which was a lot). When I went to pick the car up, he took the time to go over every feature with me and made sure I was satisfied. Overall, we are very happy with our new car, and are more than satisfied with our decision to buy a car from this dealership.
