We had to have nearly our entire wardrobe cleaned after storm/mold/mildew damage. They did and amazing job. Very thorough and conscientious. I have been searching for a dry cleaner I could trust in town after all the big names and chains have destroyed expensive clothing. I have found my cleaners. I will be going back here from now on!

I am a licensed pest technician/exterminator here in Wilmington NC as well as a loyal return customer, I will vouch and say that in my 6 years using us dry cleaners I have never seen a bed bug I will go further and put my reputation as a pest professional on the line to say that it is not only very unlikely but downright impossible for you to get bedbugs from them due to the fact that bedbugs at all stages of life cannot withstand the heat from the dryer heat is actually the most successful and recommended way to kill bedbugs so Ms k I would have to debunk your review entirely as it's not possible for the said bedbugs to survive the wash process it is much more likely that you yourself has bedbugs and you bring them to the cleaners who then kill them in the dryer and send the clothes back bedbug free...that is until you take them back home and reinfest the clothes with the bugs at your house thank-you have a great day.
I've been 8+ times and never had an issue. Friendly, fast, and they seem slightly less expensive than other cleaners. When needing button sewed on or a hew they were able to help as well!
