I traveled from out of state for a job interview and needed my suit and dress shirt dry cleaned. I chatted with the attendant about it and she assured me it would be ready on Monday morning in time for my 1pm interview. That was Friday. Somehow, they lost my shirt at another one of their locations. So when I went to pick it up she gave me the closest size that they had as a loaner, which was 3 sizes too big and not a dress shirt. It looked very sloppy. The next day or the day after I went to exchange the loaner for my shirt and they refused to give any kind of compensation for their mistake. It was way overpriced to begin with. I wont be doing business with them ever again, and now that I got the job Ill be looking for a more reliable dry cleaner in the area.
Absolutely the worst place you could go. When I received my clothes back, they stuffed everything in a bag and its all wrinkled beyond believe, I highly recommend finding a different company to take care of your clothing.
The counter person was not very personable at all. Just getting into the parking lot is a nightmare. Finding and securing a parking space can be very difficult depending on the time of day. In their favor, I have to say that my husband's suit came back looking as great as the day he bought it, perfectly clean and pressed!
It seems that they are very busy inside the curtain.( getting much busier )That is the evidence that this place is very popular and trusted by many customers.It is worth to wait a little bit until the lady comes out as long as they do the best for my stuffs. I could park at right side of the building, had no problem at all.
The lady who works here is super awesome!!!!! Very nice people, very personable :) I have NEVER had a bad experience here, my dry cleaning always looks amazing. I can't believe the heat they work in though, I wish I could order them a cold water dispenser. Ask the lady about her chickens at home if you want to know more about fresh eggs too!
