They lost four brand new shirts I had sent to the laundry to be done BEFORE I wore them. Management refuse to talk to me...would give it 15 stars if I could.....
Terrible establishment. Would highly advise against. Paid for a full servicing on my clothing and did not receive anything at all. When I asked about reimbursement, they refused to negotiate anything with me. Their lack of concern for other peoples belongings and their lack of care for what they do is unacceptable. Quick to take you money l, and quick to provide a slack job. Utterly terrible.
One star only because couldn't give less Number one, went to pick up items only to get home to realize half were missing, the following morning returned to get the rest which are not all there and 2 shirts Ruined. My Fave white shirt covered in pink and red and a a favorite black one faded to grey. Be careful and very specific if using this Establishment for your precious clothing... Used them cpl decades ago and were great....not anymore. I will no longer support this business. Bummed because so close to home/convenient location but Very disatisfied and Def not convenient having to return only to find missing and ruined clothing (didn't fess up to either). Do it right or don't do it at all is my advice to them. I would advise ppl to take pics of clothing etc prior to taking in so you have proof.No excuses. Not in the service industry...JS
