Very clean and great service
Pretty good washer and dryers, at a reasonable price. Staff is friendly when not distracted by technology. Would recommend if you have a lot of laundry.
Been going here for years. If it's your first time you'll need to get a card with a chip. Last wash has to be in by 8pm.
I have been using this laundromat pretty regularly for years, in fact I still drive here from Carolina Beach. This trip I turned in my card and got my $2 back. Coming from work and then Carolina Beach I arrived at 10 minutes after 8 this evening at which point the young lady who hasn't been working here long and hopefully won't be working here much longer declined me service. Now don't get me wrong I more than understand your Rule and why you have it on a sign on your front door, but the Rule exist to serve a Purpose does it not? Classic example of Law vs Grace...Being the regular Patron that I am I knew very well I had more than enough time to make use of your services this evening. All that being said, while I attempted to as humbly as possible beg the mercy of your attendant she was far more interested in what was going on on her phone to give much ear to what I had to say to her....For years I have told people that there is no reason to go anywhere else in town and that there are always the nicest ladies you can find that work here...Specifically that's exactly what I say. Crazy huh.Thank you for the years of exceptional service! Really wish your employee hadn't dropped the ball on me in my time of greatest need... this was an absolutely terrible night for this to happen to me.
This place is great. They have electronic cards so you dont have to fiddle with change. The staff are also nice and there are many washers and dryers. The atmosphere is great but I wish we could watch something other than CNN lol.
