Love the location, eaay and quick. Owner seems to always be around when I go and the staff is very helpful. Great machines and variety. No need to buy a card to do watch and there is a machine to get coins. Cash only.
I'm in Wilmington from out of town for a short stay. This morning my boyfriend accidentally spilled my coffee all over our comforter and sheets. Of course the washer and dryer in the condo was way too small for a king size comforter and I was so distraught thinking we would end up paying the damage fee. I googled laundromats near me, and again still distraught thinking I'd be spending my time I could be out site seeing in a laundromat trying to save this comforter. But instead I found the wash and fold laundry service at this location, literally thought it had to be too good to be true but I loaded up the conforter and made the quick drive over and found out that it really was true. Dropped it off and never worried about it again until it was time to pick up and I will say it smells way nicer and fresh then when we arrived at the condo. I wish we had this service back home. Y'all literally saved our trip! Thanks so much!
Busy place but I found it clean and kept up well. I didn't go searching for one but I didn't see one machine that was "out of order". This is coming from a guy who's been in some laundromats where 2/3rds of the machines were dead. Prices were fair, they have wifi seating and TV's to kill the time. Great coffee shop across the parking lot too!
I really enjoy using this facility. It's always clean. Machines are always in good working order Sometimes busy, but that's a good sign. Only drawback is the limited parking. But no need to really complain about that. I highly recommend this to everyone.
Nice, clean area. Friendly staff. Vending machines, tvs and laundry products. $4.75 for a 45 lb load. Adds up quickly but overall, love it. Not crowded either.
