Dr. Snyder is the BEST primary care doctor Ive ever had!! Hes old school meaning he takes his time and is very thorough with exams and testing. There should be more doctors like him.
Staff was very polite and professional. Was able to be seen quickly as well. Dr. Foxall was great. Even helped me figure out what the pain in my leg was where my previous PCP couldn't figure it out. Will be back again
I would recommend this office to anyone. Staff and management are very professional. It's not a push you through the door kinda office, they take the time to find out what is wrong. Ms Jones is amazing. This office gives you a warm feeling that makes you want to return.
The front desk is always very friendly and helpful. The medical assistants are great and accomodating. Even the office manager walks around and greets the patients, she is very personable. I've seen Ms. Jones, she is super nice and very knowledgeable. This is a great office, they do not treat you like a number like some of the other offices around Wilmington. They treat you like a person, I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for an internal medicine doctor.
Dr. Frank Snyder is the best there is! "There's nobody that knows more than him when it comes to figuring out the hard stuff" is what I hear when I ask my OTHER DOCTORS 'who they see or send their family to' in Wilmington for Internal Medicine. Yes, there is indeed a lengthy wait sometimes. But do you understand why? Dr. Snyder treats each patient individually according to their needs. He treats the WHOLE person. He does not subscribe to the ideology of 'time is money' so 'get them in, get them out' and grab that $. His concern is NOT for his pocket or purchasing the biggest and best home, car, 2nd home, vacations etc that his patients can pay for.....but instead, what HE can do for his patients. Can you say that w confidence about other doctors you know? I trust him with my entire family and even have friends that have traveled from Australia to see him for help with diagnosing their daughters complicated issues. AND, yes he was able to help them! So bring a book, play a game or surf the Internet on your phone if you have to wait, but relax with the confidence that comes with knowing you will be receiving the best care possible! His knowledge is extensive and he applies it with perfection. Thank you Dr. Snyder for sharing your knowledge and sincerely caring more for your patients than the bottom line!
