About 3 yrs ago I gave a five star rating. In hind sight I realize that something started changing with my treatment the past year or so. I'm not going to bad mouth and point fingers. I will say that if you have something important to relay to the Dr, make sure you use the patient portal or email. Be concise and say exactly what you mean. Be specific. That way you will have it in writing to back you up. Due to a misunderstanding of the meaning of a message I sent thru portal and something that was relayed to the Dr from a phone message I left with staff, I was dismissed from the practice. Keep a paper trail and save yourself alot of hassle.
Very impressed with this office. All offices should be run this way. First time in a long time I've visited a doctor's office and felt like a person, not a number.

Dr. Liederbach is one of the best doctors in Wilmington NC. He is very knowledgable, patient and understanding. He listens very well and spends as much time as you need with him and doesn't try to rush through your appointment. I would recommend Dr. Liederbach to everyone, even if you don't live in Wilmington. It is very hard to find a great doctor these days and Dr. Liederbach is more than just a great doctor. Thank you Dr. Liederbach :-)
