Has to cancel some appointments due to family issues and then they wouldnt see me again! Wow! I guess the medical practice is no longer about people its about the dollar! Sad but thats our healthcare system now.
I dont usually give reviews, especially of Doctors visits, but this office deserves it. When I first got there the wait was super long and my first thought was Im never coming back. But, when I was finally seen, I could tell it was worth the wait! Nurses and doctor apologized for wait. I had my 9yo son with me and nurses offered him a snack and a nurse even distracted him and talked to him while I was having blood drawn! They were just so kind! And the doctor was hilarious! And he never made me feel rushed. It was like I was his only priority while I was there. Best doctors experience ever!
Dr. Gutsin and his staff are Great!! I finally feel like I have someone who has my back as a medical professional and friend. He truly cares about his patients.
Dr. Gutsin has been a Godsend for me! If I could give him ten stars and erase the two bad reviews I certainly would because I have not found anything negative about his practice. Dr. Gutsin and his staff have been wonderful to deal with even when I couldn't stand myself. It has been a bit over six months into my very complicated treatment but with the help of his medical knowledge and willingness to find the right path to deal with my many problems, tackling them one by one, I am slowing getting better (something I thought was impossible a month or so ago when I was praying to die). He tells me he cannot walk on water but in my estimation I think he probably can. I am blessed to have been taken as a patient and I thank God for this doctor, who is not only knowledgeable in the medical treatment but also one that cares. Wonderful doctor and wonderful staff.
