We have used Kelly's for many years and the service was excellent. All of that changed when Kelly herself left the managing of the shop to a extraordinary rude and incompetent bully. Kelly had prided herself on a non-intimidating customer service geared to ladies (but, of course, to guys as well); she completely turned her once friendly, fair garage into a place of greed and, again, incompetence. Took my car in for an inspection and I did not get it back for over a month, with a relatively innocent repair escalating into a blown computer system, which our lawyer and three other mechanics) said was quite unlikely to happen unless wires were crossed by someone who did not know what they were doing. We could not get in touch with Kelly while my car was there (35 days). It was the single worst experience we've ever had with a mechanic and we've dealt with a lot of them. We came close to suing and still might.
I have been using Kelly for about 9 years and wouldn't go anywhere else in town! Great service, great prices and VERY accommodating when I have needed something taken care of!! From oil changes and tire rotations to brakes, air conditioning and major srrvicing. Kelly and the guys at Kelly's Automotive are my choice!
Absolutely LOVE Kelly's. Quality, honest work for a great price too. A hometown mechanic who personally knows their customers. I would much rather go there than any chain or dealership.
The problem with this place is that they are way in over their heads. If youwant an oil change or state inspection, fine, but they are not staffed or equipped to handle anything complicated or expensive. I got a major screwing here and will not go back.
I recently had an issue with my car leaking water under the passenger's side dashboard, but only on extremely rainy days. Having zero experience on who to call for a repair, I did a little online research and even called a few places for price comparison. Kelly's Automotive Repair was extremely friendly and helpful in getting my car repaired quickly and answering all my questions. I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM and by 9:45 AM I received a call from the mechanic explaining exactly what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it. I gave them the go ahead and even got my oil changed as well. The entire repair and oil change was finished by about 1 PM. They are very reasonably priced and I have yet to notice any leaking in my vehicle. I was extremely impressed and would absolutely recommend Kelly's to anyone! Thank you so much!
