I've always found Ron to be communicative, clear, honest, and reliable, though it may take him a while to answer because with a successful shop off course he's very busy. Any time I needed a ride when my car was under repair, they provided that ride. He gave me options about the work to be done and plenty of estimates. I've lived here all my life, and there are lots of car repair shops in the area that you couldn't pay me to take my car to, but Cottman Transmission is one of the few I will call and I do trust. Believe me, that's saying a lot.
