I rent a unit from Martins and I have always had great interactions with the staff. Jonathan and Lynsey have always gone above to insure my needs were met. Highly recommend all of the Martin Self Storage locations.
Stay away! Use someone else because this is the kind of company you'll be dealing with. My daughter paid $100 plus tax for a storage unit which, as things turned out, she didn't need. When she realized this, we asked for a refund, which management stubbornly refused to pay. She never used the unit, a fact they acknowledge, or even set foot on their property. They did nothing to earn that money. Way to cold-heartedly fleece a college grad just starting out on her first move!They're quite helpful when collecting your money, but very self-serving when it comes to doing the right and fair thing.$100 for nothing = 1 Star, only because Google Reviews won't let me post with 0 Stars.My response to the owner:Hmm, only you know whether my daughter's shyness to ask for a refund actually cost you business or not. It sounds a bit hypothetical. I guess we'll leave it up to the "court of public opinion" to decide.
Super friendly and helpful staff, very affordable rates and convenient location!Edit: Just moved out and not only was the service just as safe and accommodating as the start, but the move out was just as swift and easy. I will definitely be returning for any future storage needs.
My experience here has been stellar and respectful. The staff there will go out of their way to assist any needs you may have and keep you posted on units as the come available. I always felt safe there, even near closing hours at night. They have staff there that live on site, that monitor all activities. Would recommend this place for storage needs.
