My experience was wonderful. The manager Sylvester Allen was a true gentleman and he took such good care of my daughter while she stored things there while in school at UNCW. I can't recommend them enough. Great job..!
The new location on Gordon Rd has an amazing staff and always helpful and really ready to help. Friendly and definitely clean. I have referred several people to this location.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! If I could give Coastal Mini Storage 0 Stars I would. They are rat-infested. I have the damage to many of my items to prove it. Holes and piles of feces everywhere. A dead rat was found in my unit along with the smell of decay. I have three storage units there two of them were broken into. On one of those occasions, I wasn't even alerted about the matter. There are homeless people living in the storage spaces. In fact my husband witnessed a woman urinating outside in the common area. The guys in the office Sylvester, and the new guy are aware of all these issues, but say they have no control. I've tried to reach the people above them with no avail. Do not rent here!!! This is the epitome of a slumlord!
