I don't really do reviews but this place went above and beyond for me and I want people to know how awesome they are with customer service. I rented a unit and needed 24 hr access because the only time I had help loading and unloading my uhaul was after 10pm. So I got the truck loaded and headed to the storage around midnight and my code didn't work to get in the gate, I was furious and very stressed out to say the least. The lady forgot to put it in the system, she was fairly new. I called the next morning ready to flip out because now I had a fully loaded truck and no movers, uhaul had to be back and I was screwed. The manager apologized and then completely handled the situation. I brought the truck up there by myself and was immediately greeted by 3 staff members who came in on their day off to unload my entire truck for me. Then the manager gave me a discount for the following month!! Now that's customer service.
