Better than it is used to be...But needs longer hours

New our of state owner. No operator on-site. Billing and gate issues.
We just moved to Wilmington and needed a place to store our furniture while we looked for an apartment. They prorated the first month and gave us our first full month free. We had to evacuate because of the hurricane. I was worried what condition our unit would be in with everything I saw on the news. When we came back our unit was bone dry, no flooding. The building didn't look at all fazed by the hurricane. From the start to the finish it was easy to go in setup with the machine and empty our unit.If you forget to bring your own lock, they have a vending machine in the front that sells them too!
Just rented a unit and I'm satisfied. Great customer service so far
