I just bought a brand new house that Wrightsville Beach Plumbing installed all the plumbing. The house was completed over a year ago and has set empty until now. We discovered an issue with a recirculating pump. It was dead. WBP said it will cost +$700 to replace. "It was not covered since the house was over a year old". What a ripoff. I will NEVER do business with these people.
After several calls to the office I never received a call from the technician. He never showed and wasted an entire day while my faucet ran all over the floor. I would rather they just told me they wouldn't be coming out and I would have called someone else. I can't wait to find out what kind of floor damage I have now.
Careless and in a rush. Failed to diagnose a problem, cut a hole in the ceiling in an attempt to (against my recommendations) and then after failing to find an issue found that the pipes actually run outside of the house, not above the ceiling. They're visible to the naked eye outside the house and they failed to see that because they were in a rush. They didn't fix the problem (blamed it on something they couldn't fix and hightailed it) but now I have a hole in my ceiling. (And they left the dust and whatnot for me to clean up.)What are we paying for? The chance to call somebody else to come fix a ceiling? What a joke.To top it all off they literally did the, "maybe it's in the truck" bit and then hopped in their truck and left. They were here for less than 15 minutes total.On the positive side, at least they didn't make the leak worse.

They arrive when they say they will, do the work they say they will do, clean up after themselves, are nice, helpful, and the rates are reasonable. This makes them just about the best plumber we have ever dealt with and better than 99.9% of the service people we interact with.
