The two men from Bluewater Plumbing, Edward and Chase went above and beyond in performing their job. They showed up on time and were very pleasant and informative. I had an added issue that they didn't even hesitate to help me with when asked. Great job guys!
INCREDIBLY AWESOME BUSINESS. It's rare to find an owner like Jamie and folks like Katie who truly care about their customers' situations. They jumped in with our emergency need and performed....getting our 90 year old customer/ friend water in a near impossible circumstance. I'm so impressed with them. They are fantastic.
Bluewater responded to my call within three hours of my calling. Edward came by and had everything fixed in less than two hours. He walked me through everything he did and why. I appreciate that in any service call. It keeps me educated as to what I need to keep an eye on in the future. I needed my residential storm drains cleaned after hurricane Florence blocked them up. Jamie is the only plumber who would physically come out to my property to make sure he took a look at it so he knew he could fix my issue...even though I know he is busy with work like everyone else. This communication and face to face contact makes a difference. When Jamie, Chase, and Edward came out, they did a great job and communicated with me before and after.
