I was told hot water heater last 5 years. I was on hold for 30 minutes when I called. They installed a hot water heater got in 2013. Had to change out elements 2 years later. Now having same problem. When I called I was told they didnt know if it was under warranty or not. If looking at this company make sure to get other opinions.

Someone called Thursday evening and said they would be at our home between 8&9 the next morning. They called and said they were on their way, showed up ready to work. Super nice and polite (yes ma'am & yes sir), very professional, friendly, and cleaned up behind themselves. Charles & AJ installed a new hot water heater and did a great job!
