Wasn't anything special. 91 rating for the store. The receipt said $22 bucks and the cashier charged us $33 on a card and then had to be refunded and sign what seemed like 10 receipts to just pay all over again. Not the best Waffle House although I do like Waffle House from time to time. Thing is there were only about 4 other people in there so they weren't busy. Just be careful.
Very good food to me. My sister was not as satisfied with the grits. I am a grits girl.
I officially boycotted WF for the negative PR they have been in lately but it was a late night after working out at the gym and I needed to feed my muscles. A young waitress who seemed to be new and a little nervous was VERY VERY nice. The cook was quick but his attitude was horrible and mean to the waitress and belittled her in a very condescending way in front of me and the rest of the customers. Gave 4 stars for that. She is a sweetheart just trying to make it.
Best waffle house around! Always cooks food exactly the way you want it in a timely manner! Melvin is the best grill operator you could ask for.
The best thing about Waffle House is the quick service and this place did not disappoint. No one thinks they are getting the most luxurious breakfast, but you know you are going to have good coffee and filling food. I sat at the counter because I was by myself and I enjoyed watching the chaos in the kitchen. Despite all the loud taking and people running around, it all seems to work.My food was exactly as ordered and came out quick. My coffee cup was never close to being empty. Everyone was polite if not a little rushed.
