The absolute rudest customer service ive ever had....and my order was messed up. I expected better. Will not eat here again.

Compared to other Bojangles location's this one is just okay. Some of the employee's are super polite and some are kind of rude. Service is slow but the orders are accurate. Now the food. Sometimes it's hot and sometimes it's just warm. They seem to overcook the biscuits at this location. I'm not one to leave a bad review normally but I have to be honest. So, this BoJo location gets 3 out 5 stars.

Not one to usually complain but seeing I got a biscuit that looks like it was in a fight and lost. The service is usually very good but over the last few months it has gone down hill. The staff seems lost. The wait in the store is very long. I'm hoping this is a staffing problem and gets solved soon as I used to eat there every morning.

The staff at this Bojangles is so nice. Food tastes great. A wait sometimes for your food because of all the business but the staff go out of there way to make it right. My favorite Bojangles

The breakfast biscuits that my kids and I shared were excellent and tasted fresh. The famous tea was perfect! The staff was attentive and very polite to me and each of the other customers I observed their interactions with. They were familiar with the "regular" customers and were proactive in getting them refills without being asked. The prices are reasonable and the restaurant was very clean. Great visit!
