As much as I hate to make a call this was really rather painless. There wasn't really anything I could do at the point so was no conflict to resolve, but call was handled quickly and politely.
Not that we have a choice in water utility but i wanted to rate them a zero here. They repeatedly fail to send any bills electronic or hard copy, though I am set up for electronic. They however never fail to send a delinquency notice. So I know they know how to reach me. Though the shut-off date on the notice is usually the day after I receive the notice, despite the notice date being 2 weeks prior to its arrival in my mail. I'm not a delinquent, I just need a bill in order to remit payment. I will take a bill by delivery on horse back or pigeon or whatever they need to do to actually get one here.
Absolute worst service in any industry imaginable. I called over 10 times about an issue and it still has not been taken care of in over 2 months. Pathetic excuse for customer service employees. But if anyone needs a job!! Clearly all you need to know... is absolutely nothing about your service snd how to transfer calls to the wrong people repeatedly.P.S. - you must also be an extraordinary excuse maker/liar so be able to think on the fly
The worst service ever. Ever. 7 phone calls 22 days later and then they explain the reason trash cart was not delivered was because a conflict of description of size. Really???
I had a good experience setting up my new service online. Also, I left a voicemail and my call was promptly returned within 24 hours. Thank you.
