It's awesome that city employees think that they can ignore private businesses signs stating the bathrooms are for customers only. They walk in, trash the place, completely ignoring the fact that the business has an obligation to create a clean and hospitable environment for patrons. If a city employee needs to use facilities in a business, the city should clear that with the business first. If not, the city should provide it's employees work reasonable accommodations, like a port-a-john.
