Bought a recliner & couch! Happy with our purchase! The employees who assisted us were very nice! One particular employee, Kay was extremely nice & professional! Also the delivery drivers were respectful & answered any questions I had. I will continue to be a customer!
Very pleased with this company and their staff. Weve purchased several pieces from them over the years and taken other family members there to purchase items as well. Weve all been taken care of and happy with everything. We had an issue with a couch we bought recently that was really a manufacturer problem and not theirs but they worked with us on an exchange without a hassle, even delivered the replacement the next day. We will continue to do business with them in the future. Great company! Weve shopped elsewhere and have definitely not had the same experience.
Terrible customer service but most importantly the manager i believe his name to be Bill seems to be mentally unstable. He was showing the utmost disrespect towards one of the other employees which was absolutely uncalled for, all of this happened infornt of me and other customers. Regardless the situation no one should be treated like this , Bill is a prime example of a bad manger and person. It shows how impotent and lowly of a man he is and how terrible this business is being ran.
My experience with Rose Brothers Furniture was an unfortunate one. When my family and I, first entered the store, we received no greeting and wasn't helped. Many workers pasted by my family and myself and didn't engage with us at all. When we were leaving, a worker at the front desk(while on his cell phone) asked if we'd been helped and I by that time made up in my mind that we were leaving. We had circled the store and tried out a few of their sofa's, but not one person came to assist us. Such an unfortunate experience. Customer Service is VITAL if you want my money!

I have worked with Lyndsey and Roberta and both are fabulous designers whom I have complete faith in. Try this store, you WILL NOT be.dissapointed.
