Bought dishwasher . Did not work properly. Dishes still dirty after cycle finished. Complained to manager several times. Repair service was sent to check it out.Repair man said you need to wash dishes before putting them in dishwasher. I always rinse dishes before loading. I was told by manager there was nothing they could do I just bought a cheap dishwasher. Never saw a more care less manager. I will never shop at that store again. I also bought an expensive mattress when I bought the dishwasher. Very disappointed.

I love my couch and carol was awesome but this one star is for one of the salesman who helped me after she couldnt help me with the financing anymore. First of all this guy was extremely coked out it was uncomfortable so Im not surprised this is happening. I financed a $1400 couch and was told that I had to pay it off in 6 months for complete interest free so I set my payments high enough to pay it off in time. Well its been 6months so I called the place to find out how to find how much I owed (another red flag didnt tell me where or how to find my payments) and turns out I had to pay almost double than what I financed and there was no interest just a set payment that will get payed off in a year! This information was NEVER given to me had I known this I wouldnt have bought the damn couch! How dare you manipulate a first time buyer/broke college kid!!

Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable, courteous and gave us great advice on our furniture selection. We would highly recommend buying your furniture at Furniture Fair.
Love this store. Great selection, prices and most of all customer service from walking in the door, purchase and delivery.They helped with a complicated exchange in a kind professional manner. Only criticism is that the checkout process was especially lengthy for what I thought was a strightforward purchase to begin with. Would love to see a streamlined process once a buying decision is made.Seth was especially helpful.
