This store has many options for buying outdoor furniture. The furniture is set up so that you can see what it would look like at your house. The furniture is a little pricey but is of good quality. The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful . There are a lot of custom options for cushion fabrics with varying quality and color.
WOW WOW WOW!. If you need a definition of Customer service and putting the customer first, look no further than April, the manager at Porch Concepts. We stopped there and met with Maddie, a student intern working as a sales consultant. She was super helpful, and has the knack of listening to the customer and quickly moving to meet our needs. We ordered a couch and chair for delivery to our new home we were moving in. once the couch was in we arranged delivery for our arrival. On the way here, we received word that another company was defaulting on our bed order. At 3:30 in the afternoon, we called April to see if we could expedite our shipping to the next day. When we told her that we wanted to use the couch set to prevent us sleeping on the floor, she sprung into action. She arranges for her husband to deliver our order in his personal truck that same night. At 7:00 PM they were setting it up in our home. Quality products, competitive price and the greatest service ever. Have to shop here.
My husband and I were looking for some furniture.The store initially looks great walking in! We were rushed by a woman with an accent who said she was the owner. She offered us water and when we turned it down, she forced us to take the bottle. We tried smiling it off and walking around to see if we liked anything. The same woman walked us to a couch that she said we would like. The couch was over $1000 and it was pea soup, green and bright blue with mustard color paisleys on it. Most ugly couch I have ever seen. We tried to walk away and check out the store and were constantly being pushed to other couches, that we did not prefer. We did not understand what was happening. We tried to explain what we needed and some how another set up was offered, instead of just honoring our requests.We finally spoke to an employee (April) who assisted us and knew the product information. It was a relief, to finally speak to an employee who was not pushy and insulting! If it wasn't for meeting April we would not purchase from this store!
Went in your location yesterday, the girl who helped me, April was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Not pushy sales tactics and extremely accommodating and flexible with my budget. Will definitely continue my business here and refer all I can. Great experience,Thanks again.
