I rent a lot of uhauls and the last couple times I used this place was terrible. They are disrespectful and and serious attitudes. Couple weeks ago I was inside renting a truck and the price came out really high and I asked why so much, his response was wanna make it more then keeps rambling on. Yesterday I got a 10ft truck, I reserved for 10hrs. Calls after having it for 3hrs and asked where is the truck is he has someone wanting it. He gets attitude and hangs up then charges me for an extra day. I didnt have it past 24hrs and charged for another day. This company steals from people and disrespectful.
These folks rented us a damaged u-haul and then tried to blame us for the damage. It was only after we protested loudly that they acknowledged it was damaged when they rented it to us. Buyer beware.
