Stopped working halfway through wash, called the number and went to a voicemail. Met the owner on site, very helpful and have a free coupon.
Paid $12. System stopped and didn't complete entire wash cycle.
Went here today and the machine claimed it didnt take cards. Put in a $20 bill even though the wash was only $11 and the machine said it was out of cash and to give the receipt to the cashier for a refund. Went to the gas station and valvoline right beside it and both claimed they didnt deal with Washworks refunds. Called the number offered at the wash, and it went straight to voicemail. DONT USE! Will scam you out of your money!!
Works great and next door to a Valvoline
Waste of money spent $10 for deluxe and wash quit midway through soap phase. No answer at phone number to get money back. Don't bother!!
