Awesome customer service
My car was scratched by the wash. I called the office several times and nobody has yet to call me back. I went by there to talk to the employees and they said someone would contact me. To this day nobody has contacted me or return my calls. Everytime I go by there or call I get the same results.

Very convenient do it yourself bays to use. Or they do have the automatic wash available as well. We were visiting from up North. My car was absolutely covered in salt from the winter roads. Needed a quick spray down to fit in with all the clean local cars! This place was easy to find. There was one employee I spoke to briefly, and he was super friendly.
Delays as the hose changes modes means you don't get the time you pay for. Everything worked but the vacuum had low suction. The kiosk for extra supplies was faded so it was like gambling. No clue what they had to offer in those. Employee was smoking which was pretty stinky.
