Excellent service, and the quality of detail given to my car (no pun intended) was great. I was going to choose a pricier package for the wash, but the manager actually suggested something cheaper since he thought it would be better for the vehicle. That really stood out to me, and I will be coming back from now on. Thanks, Coastal!
I stopped by on my lunch break and wanted to get the Manager's Special. I was quoted 25-30 minutes and they had it done in 20! Everything looked and smelled great! Will definitely use them again.
Phenomenal! We were in town and needed a wash because of the dog hair/sand - this car wash exceeded our expectations! They got literally every single piece of fur and sand out of the car! We will definitely come here every time we need a wash in Wilmington! I wish there was a car wash in jersey as good as this one!
I went to this carwash for the 1st time ever and I'm born and raised in Wilmington. I wanted to try it since I recently moved to monkey junction. I was not happy at all. I usually go to Cruisers and will start driving out of my way to go there. The prices at Coastal are more than the same I would get at Cruisers. It took 45 minutes just for a BASIC wash and cars that were behind me actually got done before. An older gentleman that was in the car behind me when he was leaving actually said "good luck". I took that as good luck getting your car soon. This was my 1st and LAST trip to Coastal Car Wash. I would definitely recommend driving to Cruisers on Oleander before going there.
I just used this place for the first Time today. These guys did an absolutely incredible job! I did not expect the time spent and the detail given for the low price that I was paying. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a full service car wash! Will definitely be returning on a regular basis.
