Paid over $30 for the platinum wing... They not even vacuumed well inside, spots everywhere, the car was not dry completely... First and last time I go there...
I have used Cruisers a number of times, and always been fairly pleased. However, a couple of weeks ago, I took my KIA Sportage in, and I always stand and at the prep station to make sure they clean the mats etc. While I was watching, the guy with the broom hit my side mirror pretty hard and I heard a loud crack. The guy called his manager over and they looked at it. When it came out of the other end, I noticed they had put some cheap painters tape on it I went over and the girl doing the final drying and cleaning said she would get a manager to come and talk to me. They did not.... they were apparently just going to ignore the fact that they had cracked the mirror housing and knocked it out of where it was seated. I asked them to get a manager, and he insisted that it had been previously damaged so they had no reponsibility. It had been AND FIXED BY A BODY SHOP previously, but was totally fine before they hit it with the broom. I now have it held together with duct tape and am going to have to have it repaired while they refuse to accept any responsibility for negligence!
Just left here. Nothing but problems. Arrived and paid for the tip service. Was supposed to get change, but the guy never came back and then I saw him wiping down cars. It was only a few dollars so I didn't even bring it up. My car goes in, and they sent it through with one of the back windows down. The back and front seats are wet, and the floor is soaked. They soak up what they can woth towels and wipe the rest of the car down. They say I'm ready to leave and when I get in I see that they never cleaned the center console. Cup holders still have crumbs and dust, touch screen wasn't wiped, and front seats weren't vacuumed. I had to go back and ask them to clean the front again. First time here and I won't be back.
Good hustle, and nice work! Their personal service and attention to detail sets them apart from the competition! (IMHO)
