The staff was amazing and very calming plus the environment was zen and extremely clean. I loved my float so much I signed up for a membership. Today I feel lighter and my posture and breathing feels better. So incredible, thank you true rest!
Went in for my first float today. It was an amazing experience. The facility is clean, warm and inviting. The staff was great and answered all of my questions. You can tell the owners truly love and care about what they do. I will definitly be returning and recommending to everyone!
So relaxing and such a peaceful environment from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is so kind and helpful, and the equipment is high-grade. If you havent tried out a float tank, this is the place to give it a shot. They dont rush you in/out and work hard to ensure a positive experience.

I had an incredible experience. I meditate frequently and this is the same feeling. The only difference is it doesn't make your back hurt as much and you achieve a relaxed state much more quickly. To get the most out of it, you need to close the pod, turn off the music, and turn off the lights. Breath, do a body scan, observe your thoughts without judgment.
