In past, scheduling an appointment has at times has been a challenge, but recently no issues. Their massage therapist make this location shine. They have 2 great therapist for deep tissue, Channing and Stephanie. You can count on them to give you stress reliving deep tissue massage. Stephanie is an excellent listener and she can adjust the intensity of the massage and works on the deep knots in back and neck. I am very thankful for the relief.
I really was looking forward to a relaxing time at massage envy but instead I had to endure drilling sounds, construction, loud voices, and a massage therapist who wouldn't use any pressure. I had mentioned that she could apply more pressure but instead I just got a body rub down with lotion. At no moment during the massage did I feel like any of my muscles were being worked on or any tension relief. I had specifically said my back, neck, and shoulders need some work but I just got lotion applied and she moved on almost as if she was over it. EXTREMELY disappointing and wouldn't recommend this place.

I have been a massage envy member for several years now. In 2016 I quit using their services and asked them to stop billing me after I had accumulated 21 massages. They placed me on a freeze plus program instead of canceling my membership like I asked. Instead of filling out the proper paperwork and submitting it to me for approval. They amended an old freeze plus and assured me everything was being taken care of. I started getting billed this year at the rate of $65/ per month. They told me I had agreed to a signed document to continue billing me which they can not produce and have only provided me with paperwork from 2016. That was ameneded by a manager but never signed by me. On top of that the massages I have accumulated, I will not be eligible to use once I cancel my membership following a two month grace period. The manager and assistant manager were very misleading. Corporate has yet to reach out to me being a member for so many years I would expect better service. My family has accounts with them as well and we are very concerned about the way they handled this situation.
Stephanie and Lynn are amazing! Both of them helped a lot with my migraines. The staff is always nice and helpful too. Always a good experience.
