Customer service not good at all. After Hurricane Florence, we had two roof leaks, both with resulting interior damage. This company was the only one to call back initially and the lady who called was very nice and sounded helpful. However once initial contact made I was put off for a month with promises to call back and schedule an appointment for evaluation of problem. Never called back even though I called regularly to follow up. Yesterday was my last call. Was again promised a return call "in 5 minutes". No one ever called back.
