Hired to paint all interior house - walls, trim + baseboards. Disappointed is an understatement. Did not discover extent of problems until recently (2 months after paint job) due to multiple home improvement projects going on simultaneously. Many walls had dried roller marks + embedded lint/debris. All trim had visible brush streaks, blotches, "skips", dried drip marks and some hair! Found only sides of window/door/closet trim were painted - not top or bottom because "people don't see that part". Surprise to us - not delineated in contract. Every door hinge had splattered paint on it. Paint on smoke alarm. Trim had very irregular "swishy" edges - not clean, crisp, sharp, straight lines. Paint crew had pulled nails and drywall anchors OUT of existing holes. Now unsecured so need to remove, mud, sand, prime and touch-up paint my new freshly painted walls! Stumbled upon bedroom outlet plate which was NOT removed - they painted around it! Contacted owner more than once and asked him to go through house and identify and correct. I even spent one weekend taping all surfaces myself trying to help! Did not correct what he said he corrected. Took photos and emailed. Disgusted with amount of unsatisfactory work, did not want to waste any more time with this company. Asked for partial refund so I could hire someone else to repaint trim. Owner replied (after 2 emails) with instructions how to remove paint from splattered surfaces - are you kidding me?! Refused to refund money for trim + baseboards so now I am repainting all myself. Sooooo frustrated.
They did an awesome job painting our front porch. Very professional and organized- not what you typically get/expect from painters. I highly recommend them.
