Josh and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were professional, fairly priced, and did a great job on my house. They were also extremely reliable and honest about what needed to be done. The job was done quickly but with quality and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you to Josh for dealing with my stupid questions and never making me feel like I shouldn't have asked :). I definitely recommend the guys!
Never showed up or answered phone again. We scheduled an appointment for hurricane boards to be put up more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment. They told us we were scheduled for 3pm. They arrived to do our neighbor's boards at 4, and ignored us-- never answered out calls, nor called us back to let us know if they were coming in the following 3 days before the storm. If they had just let us know they weren't going to make it (or even that there was a possibility of not making it when we scheduled) than I would not leave them a poor review. However, we depended on them to help protect our waterfront house and family from a strong hurricane, and would've had time to hire someone else if they had the decency to communicate with us. Not a kind way to treat people with a pending natural disaster....
Couldn't be happier with this company - the crew was extremely friendly and professional and their work was very detailed and thorough. Highly recommend.
