Rob Cutting-State Farm has been our insurance agents since we moved to Wilmington 7 years ago! I absolutely love the entire staff! They are always so helpful and get things done so fast!! With the recent hurricane, our home was damaged and we had to pay a lot of money out of pocket for additional living arrangements, and between Michelle and Terry, they got me set up with temp housing and I was refunded rapidly! I trust them with all our policies and recommend them to anyone who needs insurance of all kinds!! Thank you all for being so kind and trusting!!
Rob and his staff really seem to be on top of things within the insurance industry. The Cutting Team are so easy to work with. We were with our big insurance company for years but hated paying a membership fee that supported an opposing political party. Plus, the staff of that insurance company were so unfriendly and difficult. The Cutting Team are efficient and easy to work with. Most people dread calling their insurance agencies, but I don't have to with the Cutting Team. Plus, I really love how Rob Cutting volunteers in the community to help young drivers and parents understand insurance better.
