I just switched back to State Farm after dealing with Farm Bureau and their BS for FAR too many years. Ken made everything perfect and he has nice shoes. Prompt email responses (seriously I emailed through their app at 8:18 pm and received a response from Greg himself at 8:20 pm, who else does that?), then a follow up first thing the next morning with none other than Ken himself. Great agency! The staff are excellent and provide the best customer service. I was not aware that State Farm even offered financing until recently. I met with Kyle Huffman, who is excellent at his job. He walked me through what they could offer and it will save me hundreds. Great plans and great rates. Needless to say, not only did I switch over to have them insure everything I own, I am now using them for financing. If you dont use Greg Ochipa State Farm Agency, I HIGHLY recommend switching your insurance and finance over to them.
