The (Sheally) owner / manager does not respond to phone calls or letters. If you're interested in an agency that responds promptly don't count on Sheally.

I have been with this insurance agency for 3 years and always have paid on time. One month out of the 3 years I have been with them a payment was forgotten. When I reinstated my policy there was a form that needed to be signed and sent in to the DMV. When I called them to get the paperwork they knew nothing about it back when it happened. Now 3 months later I am having trouble renewing my registration and have had them working on getting it fixed for 3 weeks now and still nothing. I have been told that there is nothing they can do about it because it was from so long ago. This would be a great insurance company to deal with if you do not need anything done. They want to take your money, but not help you when it comes down to it. I will be switching to an insurance company who actually will work and fight for their long time customers as soon as I can. I am severely disappointed in their customer service.
