SO: been w/ this agency and predecessors for 25 years: how Hard is it to simply change the "Mortgagee" on all 3 home Owners policies w/ a ReFi ? Getting it right has been Nonsense for three (3) months. There have been some "unexplained" resets of Mortgagee. What if we'd have had a hurricane? $ would have gone to WellS fARGO, WHO HASN'T HAD RIGHTS IN 3 (THREE) months)
