Rochelle is great! Very nice and very easy to work with. She definitely takes her time to make sure she gets it the way you would like!First time and I will be back for sure!

I am a regular client at Rochelle's hair studio and i honestly won't be going no where else. Every time I get my hair done it is exactly what I want and I'm always happy with the results when I leave.
Unprofessional. Condescending. Salon staff does not follow up. I called multiple times and left my contact information with the front desk rep. A couple of days went by, I called back to follow up in order to speak with a stylist or Rochelle so that I could set an appointment. I was told to leave my information again because all the stylist were busy. Weeks went by and I DID NOT get a call back from Rochelle or any other stylist. I decided to just not get my hair done. I call back again today and the phone was answered by a Kalyn. She states that Rochelle is busy and booked all this week. I asked about a certain type of crochet braids style and Kalyn told me to send the hair style via their Face book or Instagram. I said I don't engage in Face book or Instagram. She stated then I could just come by instead. I advised her that I had called weeks before and had been told to leave my contact information but no one from the shop ever got back to me. She didn't apologize that their business didn't follow back up. She stated she would have Rochelle get back to me via Face book before the end of the day. I asked if Rochelle is the only one that does crochet and she said that Charlene also does it. I asked her if she was booked and she skirted around the question and said for me to come by the shop. She stated bye "sweetheart." She never asked me name, phone number or about the previous incident to which I was not contacted back. I am a grown woman and find it very disconcerting to be addressed as "sweetheart" by someone who I am not familiar with. I guess Rochelle and her staff are just rolling in so much money she doesn't have to worry about being professional or gaining a new client. I gave them multiple opportunities to gain me as a new client but it looks like they just don't give a damn. I will not be wasting another blasted breath or penny on this dusty establishment.
