Phoebe does a great job with hair. She is very talented. The atmosphere of the salon is relaxing and peaceful.
I have been going to Phoebe for my cuts for a year-plus, first at another salon and now at her own place. I am quite fortunate to have found someone who has given me the best man's cut I've ever had. Her new place is bright and Phoebe is friendly and makes all feel welcome. Highly recommended!
