My husband and I shopped the cosmetic department. The staff was most helpful and pleasant. After purchasing Chanel we browsed the men's department. The store is bright and spacious. Sales staff were available but not hovering. It was a nice shopping experience and we will definitely return.

I love Belk at Mayfaire. The selection of clothing and home items is out of this world. Huge selection, always organized and clearance is easy to find and follow. The staff here is always walking through and asking if you need anything. Very friendly and willing to assist. I always drive from my local Belk 1 hour to shop here. Will definitely return.
