My children left with smiles! They were relieved that they had a great experience as new patients. The staff is super friendly and not to mention the Starbucks machine is a huge Plus
I am new to Wilmington and based on other good reviews, I decided to try out Cape Fear Smiles. I am very happy I did!! The staff was really nice and informative. They called my insurance ahead of time and gave me all the details up front. The hygentist did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. I am sometimes sensitive during cleanings and had no issues at all this time. Their staff welcomed me to their office with a goodie bag and some new restaurants to try! Overall, I am very happy with my choice to come here, friendly staff who are very knowledgeable!!!
Great staff. Never had a complaint, been a customer for many years now. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. Just an awesome practice. I will remain a loyal member of their client base. Highly recommend if your new to the area or looking for a dentistry practice. Plus, just heard they are getting a newly built location. Can't wait till my next visit to check it out.
I have been going to this dentist office for years now and it only keeps getting better and better. They know the insurance companies and how they respond to payments. They are great with the kids and adults. ThanksStill loving this office and cant wait to see the new facility!
Im new to the area and had a chipped tooth and was able to get a same day appointment and get it fixed! Everyone was amazing! They even sang while fixing my tooth making the whole appointment much more enjoyable. I have found my new dentist. Thanks again!
