My tooth cracked on Friday night. I was in so much pain. Called ASAP Dental on Saturday morning. Waited 40 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. Dr. Robinson met with me, numbed me up and extract my tooth. Shortly thereafter, I was on my way. Couldn't have been pleased with the bedside manner of the hygienist and dentist. They made sure I didn't feel a thing!
I visited the ASAP urgent dental care today because of pain from a cracked tooth. When I arrived, the office was very clean. After I finished the paperwork, I was ushered to the exam room after only about 10 minutes. Not 2 minutes later, the dentist walked in and asked me what brought me in. I explained my situation and what my needs were and very quickly, he created a treatment plan that would get me through the weekend until I could get to my dentist. Dr. Taylor was so sweet and understanding of my situation. I was impressed. He examined me as gently as he could and got me in and out very quickly. The prices are a bit steep but with this type of customer service, it was worth every penny. Thank you to all of the staff for being so kind and professional and answering my questions as quickly as possible. If you have a dental emergency, come here. I could not be happier with the level of care that I received.
We took our 20 month old in for a emergency visit on a weekend after she fell & chipped her tooth badly. We were told they saw pediatric patients. It was $125 dollars just to see Dr. Roberson. Once there, I had to instruct him on the best way to position her for the dental exam. His recommendation was to follow up with our pediatric dentist. I had to ask for the sharp point on the tooth to be shaven down to prevent further injuries. He was willing to do so. We had to pay an additional $50 for 3 seconds worth of him shaving her tooth. My husband and I are both healthcare workers & were both highly dissatisfied with the visit. We will no longer be referring patients there. Our peds dentist was shocked they did not do an x-ray. Highly overpriced. Not for pediatric patients at all!
Wow what a wonderful addition to Wilmington! The Dentist and staff were extremely kind and helpful and found my issue quickly. The office is beautiful and being able to see a Dentist even on Easter for a problem was amazing. I will recommend ASAP Urgent Dental Care to all my friends. Thank you ASAP Dental for helping me!
You guys are truly a blessing fast, friendly, proffessional, clean,just amazing all around I was actually going to miss work today AGAIN I was in so much pain from my wisdom tooth butI came in tou acessed the problem and fixed it with a smooth extraction a quick recovery, I was able to go back to work with no problem, it was as if I never left work, THANKS YOU GUYS!
